Registration Information and Links to Forms Registration for Summer Days Camp can be accomplished by stopping by the office in the Upper Valley Events Center (directions) or printing out the forms from this website and mailing them in. The following notes are important to keep in mind for the registration process. Sessions limited to approximately 30 campers signed up. “Signed Up” means your check and the registration form are mailed or given to Bruce or Janna in person and you receive an acceptance e-mail from Bruce or our administrator. Deposit or session fees can be refunded only if your child’s place is filled or under exceptional circumstances. You will receive a “welcome camper” letter with details at least one week prior to the start of your child’s session. Payment of your balance will be due at the start of your child's first session. If your child is enrolled for multiple sessions in the summer, you can pay in equal installments - i.e., first and fourth week if your child is signed up for eight or nine weeks. You must sign our waiver. On the waiver you will be noting any particular special needs your child may have. If your child has a helper while at school, a trained helper must accompany your child to camp. If your child becomes unmanageable while at camp, the director, after discussion with the parents, has the right to suspend attendance. Refunds may or may not be possible for suspended periods. If you bring a buddy, only you will get a 5% discount for the shared days. Or if you have siblings, you get 5% off for all children in family. Limited scholarships are available, please inquire with our executive director, Bruce Genereaux or Summer Days Camp's director, Janna Genereaux. Extra days or hours are billed at $12 per hour and will be invoiced at end of the week in which the hours are used. Rates for all summer session weeks except July 4th week are $200 per week for hours 9AM to 1PM and $300 for the hours 9AM to 3PM. July 4th week - 9AM to 1PM - $160 and 9AM to 3PM - $240.
